Summer is quickly approaching. Now that the warmer months are here, Morton’s offers a three-course prix fixe meal at $49 (exclusive of tax and gratuities) which features some classics and warm weather dishes that are perfect for the season. This menu will be available from May 17 - August 15.
Choices include apps of Caesar Salad, ‘Taste of Toast (Avocado and Tomato, Classic Waldorf and Pimento and Giardiniera),’ or Summer Tomato Bisque. Entree options are Antipasto Salad with Jumbo Grilled Shrimp, Crispy Chicken Blanco, 6 oz. Filet Mignon or Ora King Salmon with Warm Farro Salad, Spinach, Roasted Peppers and Feta Cheese; a choice of Charred Broccolini, Mashed Potatoes or Summer Squash Orzo with Arugula Pesto as a side and for dessert, a choice of Chocolate Mousse, Mixed Berries, Shortcake and Whipped Cream or Crème Brûlée. A bottle of Butter Block Chardonnay or Communion Pinot Noir is also available for $49.
