Family Meals and MTB Sandwich Round out New Features Now on the Menu
Summer is finally here, and Zoup! is celebrating the season with some fun new and returning menu items. Now through August 19, the fast casual restaurant known for its award-winning soups and made-to-order salads and sandwiches is bringing back the ever-popular MTB (mozzarella, tomato, basil) sandwich and the Simply Gazpacho chilled soup while also introducing customers to a new chilled favorite, the Avozpacho! And if that weren’t enough, Zoup! is also debuting Family Meals, the perfect way to feed a group after a busy or relaxing summertime day.
“The MTB and the Simply Gazpacho were both big hits last year, so we are excited to bring them back this summer as a seasonal treat for our customers,” says Zoup! founder and CEO Eric Ersher. “The new chilled Avozpacho is a refreshing addition to our menu of delicious, fresh-made soups.”
Both soups are made in the restaurant daily. Simply Gazpacho features an assortment of fresh vegetables in a spicy tomato broth with cilantro, while the new Avozpacho also includes the best fresh vegetables served in avocado puree with roasted jalapeños. Both are topped off with sour cream and scallions for a zesty finish. The fan-favorite MTB Sandwich comes piled with sliced mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil topped with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette on stone-baked ciabatta bread.

Zoup! is also introducing the Family Meal, a new regular menu offering that combines delicious gourmet soup with the restaurant’s salads, sandwiches or Power Bowls for a full, filling meal to feed two, four or six hungry friends or family members.
Zoup!’s new Family Meal packages are available in the following sizes (prices may vary by location):
• Feed 2 ($21.95): One quart of soup with two hunks of bread; one whole salad, sandwich or Power Bowl; four mini cookies.
• Feed 4 ($43.95): Two quarts of soup with four hunks of bread; two whole salads, sandwiches or Power Bowls; eight mini cookies.
• Feed 6 ($65.95): Three quarts of soup with six hunks of bread; three whole salads, sandwiches or Power Bowls; 12 mini cookies.
Throughout the summer, guests can enjoy these new offerings and have the opportunity to enter Zoup!’s “20 Years of Ladling Love Sweepstakes” to win a trip for two to Las Vegas. Enter by texting a weekly code word that can be found in the restaurant or in the InsiderZ email, which provides news and other special offers, including a “buy a bowl, get one free” deal just for signing up.
Zoup! features a wide variety of award-winning soups with 12 rotating daily varieties, including low-fat, low-cal, vegetarian, made with gluten-free ingredients and dairy-free options, all served with a hunk of freshly baked bread. Customer favorites include Chicken Potpie, Lobster Bisque and Simply Gazpacho, but guests are encouraged to find the soup that’s perfect for them by sampling before they order. The menu also features seasonal, made-to-order salads and sandwiches, and all menu items are available in convenient catering sizes for groups of 10 or more. Online ordering is also available.
