Throughout the Cherry Blossom Festival, Rosewood Washington, D.C. will celebrate the season with a number of festive offerings, including a signature cocktail, the Gyoiko, available at the hotel’s chic cocktail lounge, The Rye Bar. Additionally, The Grill Room will feature several bespoke dishes created specifically for the festival, including the inspired Red Sea Bream Sashimi with cucumber, sakura, and cherry ponzu, Rohan Duck Breast with parsnip gratin, black trumpet mushrooms, and roasted bing cherries, and Japanese Cheesecake with cherry blossom tea ice cream.
