ABOUT MARINE & OYSTER:
Drawing inspiration from the evocative and ever-changing nature of the coast, new hues Marine and Oyster celebrate the raw, elemental beauty of the sea and tides. Marine’s rich, blue tones glimmer like deep ocean waters warmed by the sun, while Oyster’s lustrous grey reflects the iridescent sheen of an oyster shell. These soon-to-be-iconic colors will be available across all categories - cast iron, stoneware, tools and utensils, teakettles and stock pots.
ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chef Chris Clime, a graduate of Johnson & Whales University, is Executive Chef of the award-winning PassionFish in Reston, VA and Bethesda, MD. Clime brings his version of globally inspired seafood to the suburbs of the national’s capital, which he calls home. Clime enjoys working with the variety of shellfish and fish that comes into the kitchen fresh off the boat - nothing on the menu has been frozen. PassionFish was rank among Washingtonian’s and Esquire Magazine’s 100 “Best Restaurants.” And Clime was named, Washington's 'Top Ten Hottest Chefs' by DC Style Magazine.
