Sea Pearl Launches New Weekend Brunch Buffet

They’re known for innovative Asian cuisine, artistic plate presentations and beautiful aquatic-inspired décor but now Sea Pearl Restaurant & Lounge will be known (and loved) for one more thing... an incredible, unmissable weekend brunch!

The Falls Church, Virginia restaurant is pleased to announce the launch of their brand new brunch buffet, which will be available every Sunday from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Chef Liao, who is known for his ability to seamlessly combine modern American food with bold Asian flavors, has created a unique menu of updated brunch classics, modern Asian fare and decadent American favorites with a twist.


The impressive spread will include everything from Omelets, French Toast and Applewood Smoked Bacon to Crab Cakes, numerous Salads and a ridiculously delicious Mac & Cheese made with five cheeses, garlic, miso cream & lemon panko. Seafood-loving guests will be in heaven thanks to a Raw Bar that features local oysters, top neck clams, PEI mussels & spiced shrimp plus a Sushi Station consisting of Sushi Rolls, Nigiri & Sashimi.

Other highlights include:
• Eggs Benedict topped with Canadian Bacon, Lump Crabmeat, Spinach, Sliced Tomatoes, Hollandaise

• Steamed Pork Belly Buns with Peanuts, Cucumber, Cilantro & Jalapeño

• Crispy Asian Noodle Salad tossed in a Spicy Peanut Dressing

• A Chocolate Fountain with Marshmallows, Ladyfingers, Meringue and Fresh Strawberries to dip into it

• Smoked Salmon Bagel with Cream Cheese, Capers, Horseradish Cream & sliced Tomato

A large menu of signature sushi rolls include tantalizing combinations and unexpected ingredients.  The Mother of Pearl roll features Tempura Oysters, Old Bay Seasoning, Spicy Crab Stick, Pickled Cucumber, Salmon Pearls, Rice Pearls & Sriracha Yuzu Aioli while the Dancing Lotus Roll contains Hamachi, Garam Masala, Pickled Lotus Root, Avocado, Mango, Jalapeño, Crispy Rice Noodles, Curry Miso Crème Fraiche & Cilantro Sauce.

The space itself is just as attractive and refined as the food coming out of the kitchen. Modern chandeliers and minimalist decor give the restaurant a trendy vibe, while mother-of-pearl curtains and walnut hardwood floors add an element of warmth and serenity to the space. A large bar area provides the perfect backdrop for casual drinks with friends or happy hour with colleagues.
