Legal Sea Foods Announces New Seasonal Favorites on Its Raising the Bar Cocktail Menu

This fall, Legal Sea Foods announces tempting new cocktails just in time to toast Halloween and the holiday season on its Raising the Bar menu. The new batch of drinks highlights Legal’s culinary approach with the combination of fresh, quality fruit purées and pleasing, balanced combinations. These signature seasonal cocktails are available now at all four Washington, D.C. area locations and prices range from $9 to $12.

Sea Foods welcomes autumn with the introduction of the Plymouth Cocktail, Square One Bergamot Vodka, muddled cranberries, fresh ginger, botanicals and lime; Anjou Pear, Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, St. Germain, Pierre Ferrand Ambre, lemon and sugar; Vieux Carré, Templeton Rye Whiskey, Pierre Ferrand Ambre, cognac, sweet vermouth, Benedictine, Peychaud’s and Angostura bitters; Apple Sangria, Absolut Äpple Vodka, Domaine de Canton, Gekkeikan Plum Wine, cinnamon and sparkling apple cider; The Islander, Plantation 3 Star Rum, Plantation Original Dark Rum, passion fruit, fresh pineapple and lime, as well as the Pomegranate Lemon Drop, Absolut Citron Vodka, pomegranate and citrus.

Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails such as the “Old Fashioned” Old Fashioned, Woodford Reserve Bourbon, sugar, orange bitters and Angostura bitters; Mexican Mule, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Patrón Reposado Tequila, muddled grapefruit, lime and ginger beer; Mango Margarita, El Jimador Blanco Tequila, Bols Triple Sec, mango nectar, lime and agave, Legal Sangria, Spanish Red Wine, Cruzan Raspberry, citrus rums, peach liqueur, lemon-lime soda and fresh fruit, as well as the Deadrise, Tito's Handmade Vodka, muddled cucumber, lime and grapefruit bitters. The name refers to a flat bottom boat used to harvest shellfish in shallow waters, which makes it the perfect complement to fresh oysters served at Legal’s raw bar.
