Capital Fringe Festival Starts This Week July 14-17 & 21-24 in Georgetown DC
The Fringe Festival is back! Fringe has partnered with the Georgetown BID, Jamestown LP, and Citizen M to host a culturally valued event in the Georgetown neighborhood that is accessible, fun, and delivers attainable space and unjuried earning opportunities for performing artists. Tickets for the Capital Fringe Festival are on sale and are $15 for each performance!
Each theatre is built and designed by local DMV theatre technical staff in vacant retail space throughout Georgetown Park on M Street NW and is set at 51 seats and named after DC’s path to statehood. Over 250 theatre artists are performing, with themes reflecting on what is happening in our world today. Fringe will also host a free performance series at our outdoor Festival Bar Sandlot – Georgetown. There will be eight days of performances, Thur-Fri 5 pm to 11pm; Sat-Sun Noon to 11pm.
