Since the opening of the first Miami location, the executive chefs at Pisco y Nazca take an annual trip to Peru to research ingredients and study culinary techniques that are currently being used in the country. They bring that newly acquired knowledge back and implement it into their menus in order to keep providing the refreshing Peruvian flavors we have come to love and expect.

The name Pisco y Nazca stems from the Peruvian saying “Entre Pisco y Nazca,” which means having fun and enjoying the company of friends and loved ones in a great social atmosphere - exactly what the restaurant embodies.
Designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca DC projects a casual, trendy and fun atmosphere inspired by the textures and colors of Peru’s landscape. The open layout creates a free-flowing space between the dining room and the outdoor patio, and allows guests to easily move throughout the space and socialize.
To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Pisco y Nazca will be giving away Peruvian bites along with half-off Pisco Sours all day long. Additionally, from 5 PM to 8 PM guests will also be able to enjoy live music on the outdoor patio!
