Celebrate Bethesda Restaurant Week with All Set Restaurant & Bar

All Set Restaurant & Bar, located at 8630 Fenton Street, Plaza 5, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910, will celebrate Bethesda Restaurant Week by offering guests exclusive prix fixe menus during lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch service. Crafted by Executive Chef Edward Reavis, the menu showcases dishes inspired from time spent in coastal New England. Diners can look forward to a three-course lunch and brunch menus priced at $22 per person, and a three-course dinner menu priced at $35 per person (tax and gratuity not included.) Bethesda Restaurant Week will run from August 10 through August 19.
The lunch menu begins with a choice of appetizers such as Baby Wedge Salad with iceberg, heirloom cherry tomatoes, blue cheese and bacon; Pretzel Bread with beer mustard butter and the Fried Green Tomatoes with crab fondue and citrus salad. Entrées are just as enticing and include Pan-Seared Trout Meuniere with garlic string beans and rosemary potatoes; Grilled Cheese with Vermont cheddar, feta mayonnaise, brioche toast, served with tomato basil soup, and the Roasted Chicken with kale, mashed potatoes and chicken jus. For a sweet ending, guests can opt for the Trio of Artisanal Sorbet: Cookie Sandwich, house-made chocolate chip cookies with vanilla gelato, or the Meyer Lemon Tart with Meyer lemon custard, strawberry coulis, whipped cream, cinnamon cookie crumble and basil.
For dinner, guests can enjoy a similar variety of appetizer options available during lunch service followed by standout entrées choices such as BBQ Beef Brisket with mac & cheese and collard greens, served with a brioche roll; Farro & Quinoa Grain Bowl with roasted cherry tomatoes, babe kale, mushrooms, leek marmalade, avocado pesto and sunflower seeds, and the Jerk Salmon Skewers with baby spinach and roasted tomato saffron couscous. Dessert options are the same as lunch service.
For brunch, guests can enjoy a three-course menu beginning with a choice of Cinnamon Sugar Dirt Bombs, nutmeg muffins with cinnamon sugar dust; Pretzel Bread with beer-mustard butter as well as Chickpea Fries, shredded zucchini, roasted garlic and avocado-lime ranch, followed by a choice of tempting entrées such as the Fried Green Tomatoes with crab fondue and citrus salad; French Toast, brioche with Vermont maple syrup, powdered sugar and whipped butter, and the BBQ Brisket Hash with fried egg, potato, chile de árbol and cotija cheese. For dessert, guests can enjoy the same sweet confections available during lunch and dinner service.
All Set Restaurant & Bar is located at 8630 Fenton Street, Plaza 5 Silver Spring, Maryland 20910, four blocks from the Silver Spring Metro accessible on the Red Line. Lunch is available Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM to 3 PM, and dinner is served Monday through Saturday, from 3 PM to 10 PM, and Sunday, from 4 PM to 9 PM.
