June 28th is officially National Ceviche Day and Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar is celebrating with a unique variation of the popular seafood dish. From June 25 through July 1, all four Cuba Libre restaurant locations will offer Ceviche Mixto made with poached lobster tail, shrimp and squid with fresh coconut water, chiles, citrus, Thai basil and cucumber salsa, served with coconut chips, priced at $16. This special offering will be available exclusively during dinner service. Guests won’t want to miss this specialty ceviche created by Cuba Libre’s Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot who won his second James Beard Award for his book iCeviche!, Seafood, Salads and Cocktails with a Latino Twist.
WHEN: Available at all four Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar locations June 25 through July 1, 2018.
