The Salt Line Hosts From Sea to Shining Sea, January 29th

Author Barton Seaver visits The Salt Line, January 29th

From our friends at The Salt Line...

1/29: From Sea to Shining Sea, Featuring Special Guest Barton Seaver

Chef Kyle Bailey and Barton Seaver will collaborate for a special event at The Salt Line. The evening will celebrate the release of Barton’s new book American Seafood. The event will be a gathering of leaders in the sustainable seafood area and those passionate and curious about it, to continue a conversation that Barton & Kyle have championed through their work - responsible stewardship of America’s waters. To that end, the proceeds from the evening will benefit the Anacostia Riverkeeper, an advocacy group aimed towards protecting and restoring the Anacostia River for all, and the Oyster Recovery Partnership, striving to create a self-sustaining oyster population through ecological restoration that expands economic opportunities in the Chesapeake and Costal Bays.

Guests will enjoy a selection of offerings from Chef Bailey and Barton Seaver, inspired by the bounty of America’s waters as well as libations from Maine Beer Company.
