GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar Presents Elsi's Cinco de Mayo Fajita Grilled Cheese

In honor of the upcoming holiday and a founding and treasured employee who hails from Pachuca, Mexico, GCDC presents Elsi’s Homemade Cinco de Mayo Fajita Grilled Cheese. This special sandwich includes Queso Fresco (Mexican cheese), marinated chicken, sautéed red and green peppers and white onions grilled on buttered white bread, served with Elsi’s fresh green tomatillo (fresh cilantro, garlic, onion, and jalapeño) for dipping. Available for $10 at lunch and $13 at dinner. Avocado may be added for $2. At dinner, customers may choose a side of tots, house salad, tomato soup, coleslaw, or mac and cheese (plus $1.)

Throughout the special, Coronas are available for $3 each, and Patron Silver for $9 each.
