Central Michel Richard Offering Special Three-Course Valentine’s Day Menu

The prix fixe specialty menu for two is $60 per person with an optional $28 wine pairing

On Tuesday, February 14, downtown DC’s premier French-American bistro Central Michel Richard will feature a special three-course, prix fixe Valentine’s Day dinner menu, available for $60 per person, with an optional $28 wine pairing.

Executive Chef David Deshaies' courses include dishes that are both classic and innovative, such as foie gras opera cake, beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce and seared scallops with leek-truffle risotto, expertly paired with champagnes and wines from France, California and Italy. Complimentary gougères and macarons will be served at the beginning and end of the meal, and lovebirds can finish off their dinners with a sweet ending - a melted chocolate-raspberry heart” for two. For those seeking a classic evening at Central, the regular dinner menu will also be available.
