Lincoln Restaurant Celebrates Easter with a Three-Course Brunch Menu
On Easter Sunday, March 27, Lincoln Restaurant will be offering a three-course Easter Brunch menu. Guests will enjoy items such as Cape May Scallops, Pennsylvania Pan Roasted Duck, All Natural Short Rib Hash, and Maryland Rockfish. Lincoln’s popular breakfast cocktails, made with fresh juices, will be featured during brunch, including Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s. Lincoln’s three-course brunch will be offered for $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and $21 for children 12 & under.

First Course:

Cape May Scallops
Carrot puree, rainbow heirloom carrots, verjus butter, fresno chili vinaigrette
Pennsylvania Mushrooms
Frisee, orange balsamic reduction, smoked crème fraiche, candied pistachio crumble, porcini oil pebbles
Tuscarora Beets
Roasted yellow beet roots, flax seeds, lettuce, honey roasted almonds, whipped ricotta
Bacon & Eggs
Maple glazed smoked pork belly, cheddar grits, soft boiled egg, leak soubise
Local Carrots & Chocolate
Warm carrot soup, cocoa granola, cognac reduction, smoked honey

Old bay hollandaise, handpicked crabmeat, poached eggs, buttermilk biscuit
Pennsylvania Pan Roasted Duck

Maryland Rockfish
Roasted fingerling potatoes, lemon jalapeno pea puree, fava beans, leeks, tarragon caper vinaigrette

Roasted wild mushrooms wrapped in fuille de brick, truffle pudding, caramelized onions, pea shoots
All Natural Short Rib Hash
Bourbon braised short rib, Yukon potatoes,, sunny eggs, sweet Vidalia onions, horseradish sabayon
Roasted PA All Natural Chicken Breast
Glazed cippolini onions, charred baby leeks, asparagus potatoes, pancetta, thyme pan jus
