Texas Jack’s Barbecue to Offer To-Go Specials in Honor of Super Bowl 50

Texas Jacks Barbecue, the newly opened barbeque restaurant located at 2761 Washington Blvd., Arlington, Virginia, 22201, will celebrate Super Bowl 50 with a special to-go menu on Sunday, February 7th. Barbeque fans won’t want to miss Executive Chef Matt Lang’s menu, which offers American classics with influences from Mexican and German food cultures. Guests pay $15 per person to receive tender smoked meats such as Brisket, Chicken and Sausage served along with a variety of sides such as Not So Spicy Coleslaw with jalapeño, cilantro, red onion and cotija cheese; Warm Potato Salad, fried potatoes with a warm bacon vinaigrette, and a Raw Carrot Salad with orange juice, lemon juice, coriander, cilantro, pumpkin seeds and candied orange zest. Orders must be placed by Sunday, January 31st at 5 PM. Super Bowl specials will be available for pick-up on Sunday, February 7th from 11 AM to 5 PM. Pigskin fans are also invited to watch the big game in the restaurants expansive 92-seat bar/lounge (with standing room for another 40 guests), which offers six 60-inch flat-screen TVs along with a hi-fidelity, 13-channel, 1,000-watt per speaker sound system pumping sound throughout the restaurant.  While at the bar, guests can order for one of the restaurant’s craft cocktails or opt for one of the local craft draft beers, fine keg wines, or well-balanced selection of local and imported small batch distillers including 33 bourbons and 28 carefully selected whiskeys.


Texas Jack’s Barbecue is located at 2761 Washington Blvd., Arlington, Virginia 22201. The restaurant is located five blocks from the Clarendon Metro, accessible on the Orange and Silver lines. It will be open Monday through Sunday, from 4 PM to 2 AM. The kitchen closes at 1 AM, one hour before bar closure. Weekend brunch and lunch service will be introduced at a later date.
