Slow Cooked Pork Ribs

From our friends at Zengo...

Acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval’s colorful Latin-Asian inspired restaurant, Zengo, located at 781 7th Street, NW, is pleased to introduce his new “Culinary Tour” menu, inspired by his recent tour of Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Thailand. During his trip, Sandoval tasted his way through these inspiring culinary epicenters. Upon his return, Sandoval and Zengo’s culinary team, under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Jason Streiff, called upon ingredients they savored to create dishes that showcase the story of Asia’s distinct flavors.
