Canadian classical-crossover vocalists bring new album Under One Sky to Music Center

Canadian multi-platinum, JUNO Award-winning vocal group The Tenors brings its Billboard chart-topping classical-crossover hits, powerful anthems, classic covers, and original songs, including music from their 2015 release Under One Sky, to the Music Center at Strathmore on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 8 PM. Members Clifton Murray, Victor Micallef, Remigio Pereira, and Fraser Walters “have talent to burn” and “killer singing voices,” raves The Toronto Star. Under One Sky combines a mix of originals alongside new interpretations of familiar favorites. Highlighting their signature blend of classical and contemporary pop, the record includes the popular hits “Lean On Me” (Bill Withers) and “Who Wants To Live Forever” (Queen), as well as the soaring original title track “Under One Sky” and the inspirational “New Day’s Begun.” Collaborating with The Tenors on Under One Sky are Grammy-winning producer David Foster, renowned producer Bob Ezrin, and Grammy-winning producer Keith Thomas.

The album led to a PBS TV special of the same name, which aired in June 2015 on stations across the country. The group launched a nationwide U.S. tour in support of the album in October 2015.

They have shared the stage with such luminaries as Andrea Bocelli, Sting, Elton John, Earth Wind & Fire, Paul McCartney, Jennifer Hudson, Ellie Goulding, and Justin Bieber.

In 2014, The Tenors performed for the Obamas at the National Christmas Tree Lighting, as part of Cirque du Soleil’s One Night for One Drop annual Las Vegas spectacle in support of water conservation, and as special guests alongside Seth Rogen and Orlando Bloom for Free The Children’s “WE Day” in San Francisco. They have been featured on Good Morning America, The Oprah Winfrey Show (with Celine Dion), The Prime Time Emmy Awards, and ITV’s Diamond Jubilee Show for the Queen.
