Melrose Georgetown Hotel Offers Guests New Casual Eatery

From our friends at the Melrose Georgetown Hotel...

Melrose Georgetown Hotel, the art-deco inspired boutique hotel located at 2430 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, is rolling out a new casual culinary option for both hotel and non-hotel guests to enjoy: Melrose CafĂ©.

Developed with today’s traveler in mind who prefers a quick meal at a reasonable price, the hotel's new lobby dining outlet will be open from 6-11 AM Monday-Friday, and from 7-11:30 AM on the weekends.

The upscale grab-and-go cafe offers everything from made-to-order coffee beverages like Pumpkin Pie Lattes and Caramel Macchiatos to house-made granola parfaits and classic bagels with lox and cream cheese. Also for sale are freshly made pastries, such as Spinach and Feta Croissants and Cranberry Orange Scones from local DC bakery, Bread & Chocolate

In the adjoining restaurant, Jardenea, guests can have a hot farm-to-fork power breakfast, or just enjoy their takeaway treats. Outfitted with ambient lighting and semi-private alcoves, slick leather seating areas allow for private conversations and plug and play nooks.
