Photo Recap: Ingenue to Icon Press Preview

The nation's capital is flush with fantastic museums; but I've always been a fan of the road less traveled. Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens is one of DC's most beautiful hidden jewels, a sprawling campus of art, gardens and unrivaled style in upper Northwest Washington. This week, Hillwood is unveiling Ingenue to Icon, a fashion lover's dream, dedicated to philanthropist (and longtime Hillwood resident) Marjorie Merriweather Post. We received a sneak peak of the exhibit earlier today, which opens to the public this Saturday (June 6th) and runs through December 31st.

Click here to learn more about the exhibit. The full range of Post's style is presented in two segments... featuring spring & summer wear from June through September, and fall & winter looks from October through December. Click here to book your visit in advance. The Hillwood Estate, Museum Gardens is located at 4155 Linnean Avenue, Northwest (Metro Red Line: Van Ness-UDC.) Click here for directions.
