Join in on the fun as the new Met Bethesda, located at 7101 Democracy Blvd., Bethesda, MD 20817, hosts Twin Lobster Wednesdays. Beginning Wednesday, June 17th, seafood lovers can select from four delectable lobster options to enjoy, each priced at $24.99, tax and gratuity not included. Lobster dishes include the Twin Maine Lobsters, steamed or grilled; Salt & Pepper Fried Twin Maine Lobsters, served with stir-fried vegetables and a house-made ponzu sauce; Lobster Roll with freshly shucked Maine lobster and green leaf lettuce, served on a buttered roll, and the Lobster Mac 'n Cheese with four cheese and buttery bread crumbs. These dishes will be available until September 2nd.

More Maine lobsters are caught in the summer months than during the winter, but that is mainly because the demand is higher due to tourism, and because the working conditions are easier. During the winter months, lobsters move further offshore, requiring lobster boats to travel greater distances, and the harsh weather makes it more difficult for fishermen to work.
