Inner Harbor’s Hampton Inn & Suites Hosts Pantry to Support West Baltimore, Donates Portion of Proceeds to Local Food Bank
Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor, neighbors and guests are opening their pantries and their hearts in an effort to help the local West Baltimore community in need. The hotel is sponsoring a food drive, and will donate 10 percent of room revenue generated from its latest Best of Baltimore Package to the local food bank at St. Gregory’s Church.
The Best of Baltimore Package includes overnight accommodations, daily breakfast for each guest and WiFi access throughout the building. Guests can also benefit from the hotel’s On the Run breakfast bags, available Monday through Friday, for a quick, healthy meal to go. Guests will receive a “Baltimore’s Best” goodie bag upon arrival, which includes a selection of local treats such as Goetze’s Caramels and the famous Berger Cookies. Guests are encouraged to participate in the food drive by bringing donated items that will be collected upon arrival and delivered to the food bank.
Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor is accepting donations for the food drive through September. Recommended items include canned ham, tuna, chicken, beans, rice, canned soup, fruit, vegetables, spaghetti sauce, pasta, peanut butter, breakfast cereal, pancake mix and syrup. All are welcome to contribute.
