New Burgers Available at The Grill Room

Duck Egg Burger

May is National Hamburger Month; and The Grill Room at Capella Washington, D.C., Georgetown is celebrating with four (very) special burgers of its own. Tops on my wish list... The Duck Egg Burger with Angus beef, bacon-onion confit, cheddar cheese and mayo on a house bun. Executive Chef Frank Ruta is known around town for his top-rated burgers at Palena; and he appears to have one-upped himself with his latest "Fantastic Four."
