Legal Sea Foods is introducing a variety of new seasonal cocktails to welcome the long awaited return of warm weather. Available April 15th through September 30th, each new libation is made from a variety of fresh seasonal ingredients. Priced from $9 to $12 each, they will all be available at the restaurant’s four Washington, D.C. area locations.
Legal Sea Foods Raising the Bar program is renowned for the innovative take on the cocktail creation effort. New additions include the Red Ruby Quencher, Deep Eddy Ruby Red vodka, lemon and soda; The Islander, Plantation 3 Stars silver rum, Plantation Original Dark rum, passion fruit, fresh pineapple and lime; the Mexican Mule, made with Del Maguey Vida mezcal, Patrón Reposado tequila, muddled grapefruit, lime and ginger beer; the Green Bloody Mary, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Legal Sea Foods’ spicy tomatillo green bloody mary mix and pickled tomato, garnished with cocktail shrimp, as well as the Tea Party, which combinesDeep Eddy Sweet Tea vodka, Templeton Rye whiskey, lemon, honey and soda.
Legal Sea Foods selection of house specialties libations include the Strawberry Sangria with Skyy Wild Strawberry vodka, Moscato, lemon, botanicals, Massenez Crème à la Fraise des Bois, Campari and a soda float; the Cucumber Cooler, made with American Harvest Organic Vodka, grapefruit bitters, muddled cucumber, lime and lemon-lime soda; the “Old Fashioned” Old Fashioned, Woodford Reserve bourbon, sugar, orange bitters and angostura bitters; the Patrón Margarita Real, Patrón Reposado tequila, Patrón Citrónge, lime cordial and lemon juice, as well as the Fresh Watermelon Crush, which combines American Harvest Vodka, simple syrup and diced watermelon pieces.
