Hunting Creek Opens in Heart of Old Town

Alexandria's Newest Patio Now Open

Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Hunting Creek specializes in cuts of meat, daily caught North Atlantic fish and seafood. The restaurant features a value driven wine list selected by renowned DC Sommelier Mark Slater.

The restaurant sources ingredients from local farms as Roseda Farm in Monkton, MD for its cuts of meat. Seasonal daily vegetables accompany filet, Ribeye, Porterhouse, New York Strip and seasonal Bison. Guests can choose from a trio of house-made sauces to accompany their steak. A seasonal soup is featured with other salads and appetizers as U-10 Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Classic Wedge Salad, Caesar Salad and Fried Oysters with remoulade.

The brunch menu, which is available on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM, includes items like Corned Beef Hash with Poached Eggs and Potatoes, French Toast finished with fresh Berries and Cream. Also offered are Eggs Benedict with a choice of Ham or Fried Oysters.

The charming two-floor restaurant has a warm and inviting feel thanks to the newly renovated interior led by Chef Owner Michael Nayeri. During the day, high ceilings and large windows allow natural light and give the restaurant a comfortable and relaxing feel. During the night, the lounge-like atmosphere of the upstairs bar is the perfect place to enjoy a casual drink with friends, a beer with colleagues after work or before-dinner cocktail.

The restaurant houses the most beautiful courtyards in Old Town Alexandria and offers casual dining at any day the weather permits. The upstairs bar offers a $16 lunch deal for selected two courses from lunch or brunch until 4:00 PM daily.

The restaurant offers a daily 3-course dinner starting at $35.
