GCDC Announces Its Cherry Blossom Specials and One Year Anniversary Celebratory Grilled Cheese Giveaway!
In celebration of our fabulous first year, and in appreciation to our customers and Washington DC - our Young American Grilled Cheese will be FREE to all those in line before 12 noon on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Our doors open at 11 AM. No substitutions or changes, and one per customer.

About GCDC:
GCDC is a new fast-casual meets cocktail hour concept, from father-son duo Bruce and Steven Klores, with the goal of bringing the perfect grilled cheese sandwich to the DC metro area. GCDC offers an exciting menu of perfectly cooked gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade soups, “topped tots” and more. Downtown, DC’s happy hour community can gather after work at a hip local gathering place between the White House and the World Bank over artisanal cheese and charcuterie boards, local wines, beers and specialty cocktails. GCDC is located at 1730 Pennsylvania Ave, NW in Washington, DC. The 2,100 square foot restaurant boasts indoor seating for 50, with an additional 20 outdoor seats on the restaurant’s sidewalk patio. GCDC is open Monday through Friday from 8-11 AM for breakfast, 11 AM - 3 PM for lunch, and 4-9 PM for dinner, with happy hour hosted on weekdays from 4-6:30 PM. Saturday hours are from 11 AM - 5 PM.
