The stars were out in full force last night; and how appropriate, they were busy shining at Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum for the DC premiere of Interstellar. Director Christopher Nolan & producer Emma Thomas were joined by stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain to introduce the film... shifting an already ecstatic full house at the Lockheed Martin IMAX Theater into maximum overdrive.
From there, it was on the show... which turned out to be our favorite film of the year (so far.) Check out our mini-review at http://www.dcoutlook.com/2014/11/interstellar-movie-review.html. After almost three hours of jaw-dropping entertainment, I thought it couldn't get any better; but it did. Can you say "dessert reception?" Who says being a film critic doesn't have its advantages?
