Maker's Mark Bourbon Dinner at Boss Shepherd's, October 9th

WHO: Boss Shepherd's presents a bourbon tasting dinner in partnership with Maker's Mark. Executive Chef Jeremy Waybright will serve three courses highlighting fresh seasonal ingredients and entrees reminiscent of autumn, while a Maker's Mark ambassador pours three perfectly paired bourbons for guests to enjoy.

paired with Autumn Mint Julep

Long Island Duck Breast
salted French fingerling, smoked chicken bottarga, kale and pork jus
paired with Boss Maker's Mark Manhattan

Third course
Root Beer Cake
rice pudding ice cream
paired with Maker's 46
