Construction is almost complete on the upcoming Washington Harbour Ice Rink at 3000 K Street, NW. The 11,800 square foot rink is expected to be open in time for Thanksgiving, and will stay open through the first of March (at which time it will be temporarily converted to a fountain, before reopening next November.)
The rink will operate from noon to 9:00 PM Monday through Thursday, noon to 10:00 PM Friday & Saturday, and 10 AM to 7:00 PM on Sundays. Admission is $9 for adults, $7 for kids, seniors and military. Skate rentals are an additional $5 and skating lessons will be available.
