Size Matters
Rotten Tomatoes Plot: Two young missionaries are forced to prove their faith when they knock on the wrong door and are greeted by a diabolical Mr. Reed (Hugh Grant), becoming ensnared in his deadly game of cat-and-mouse. Directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods.
You have to admire a movie that tackles Divine confirmation, Magnum condoms and porn in its first two minutes. Heretic is more eerie than terrifying, but the idea that Grant could flip at any moment keeps you on the edge of your seat. Strong performances all around, with moments of Hitchcock, Nancy Drew and a sprinkle of Saw for good or bad measure.
