We're just a few days away from the much-anticipated opening of Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen along the Wharf at 652 Wharf Street, SW. The massive 14,800 square foot restaurant sports two levels and gorgeous views of the Potomac River; but (between you and me) 350 seats (multiple seatings) are a lot to fill every night.
