Blend 111 Announces Grand Opening: August 15th, 2019
The region’s first biodynamic restaurant and wine bar offers a collection of the best food and wine from Spain, France, and Venezuela.
Blend 111, announced that the locally owned restaurant and wine bar located in historic Vienna at 111 Church St., NW, Suite 101, Vienna, VA 22180 will launch their permanent menu along with new prix-fixe lunch and dinner options. Drink and food specials all week!
An independently owned bistro, Blend 111 has created a vibrant space in the middle of Vienna that serves farm-to-kitchen organic food, coffee, cold pressed juices, and the most amazing organic French and Spanish wines on the planet.
Head Chef Nicolas Terrassin is from Châtellerault, a small village in the Loire Valley, France. Classically-trained, he has worked in restaurants in France, Québec, and in the Washington, DC area. Sommelier and owner Michael Biddick is also the chief coffee roaster.
Visit Blend 111’s micro-café where you’ll enjoy 100% organic coffee, traditional espresso-based drinks and pour-over brewed coffee, with a modern-twist in both caffeinated and decaffeinated options. Striving for coffee perfection, the restaurant sources only the best Arabica beans roasted to order in small batches in Vienna, VA.
The restaurant’s wine shop offers a selection of organic and biodynamic winemakers, interesting grape varieties sourced from wine regions across Spain and France. All of the wines are produced in very limited quantities.
