Ivan Iricanin, founder and CEO of Street Guys Hospitality, is pleased to announce the introduction of a daily breakfast menu at his newest venture, Tacos, Tortas & Tequila (TTT), located at 8407 Ramsey Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland, 20910. Breakfast debuted Thursday, June 14, which is also the official kick-off of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Soccer fans are encouraged to stop by to watch their favorite team in the restaurant’s 60-seat bar/lounge, which offers three 50-inch flat-screen TVs. Here, guests can enjoy a selection of Entradas, Tostadas, Tacos, Tortas, Quesadillas, and Desayunos Compuestos (composed plates.) Menu items feature cage-free eggs and meats sourced from local Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania farms. Signature menu items include the Carne Asada Con Huevo y Aguacate, chopped ribeye, fried egg and avocado; Huevos Rancheros, fried eggs with organic tortillas, avocado, panela cheese and breakfast potatoes; Huevo Con Papa Tacos, egg, potato, rajas and chihuahua cheese; Tinga Tostadas with chipotle shredded chicken, fried egg, avocado and crema; Hongo Quesadillas with mushroom, Oaxaca cheese, epazote and breakfast potato, as well as a Breakfast Guacamole. Prices range from $2.50 to $9.
For the perfect pairing, fresh coffee from La Colombe Coffee Roasters will be available along with Mexican sodas and four seasonal agua frescas: Horchata, Jamaica, Pineapple Mint and Tamarind, priced from $3 to $4 each. Beginning at 9 AM daily, TTT’s cocktail menu, which showcases the diversity of Mexico’s celebrated spirit, featuring agave cocktails as well as classic margaritas will also be available for guests. Priced from $8 to $12 each, standouts include the Traditional Margarita made with 100% agave tequila, available with fresh mango or strawberry purée (available frozen or on the rocks) along with Micheladas and a unique variety of traditional and craft Mexican beer available by the bottle and on draught.
