HalfSmoke to Transform Its 50-Seat Patio Into a Pumpkin Patch Pop-Up This Fall

This fall, HalfSmoke, located in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC at 651 Florida Avenue, NW, will fully transform its 50-seat outdoor patio into an urban pumpkin patch. Guests are encouraged to stop by the restaurant between October 25th and November 30th to dine among the 300 pumpkins, 40 gourds, 125 corn stalks, straw bales, and 20 mums, which will encompass the space.
Additionally, restaurant-goers will be able to enjoy newly added seasonal beers and cocktails, which will be served exclusively on the patio along with the restaurant’s gourmet, house-made sausages. New libations include Pumpkin Ale by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery; Octoberfest by Sam Adams; Fresh Fig Margarita; Spiced Pear Bellini, Apple Cider Hot Toddy, Tangerine JalapeƱo Mojito; Blackberry Sage Mule, Pumpkin Spice Martini; Rosemary Lemon Fizz and Smoked Peach Old Fashion. Prices range from $5 to $9 for beers and $10 for cocktails.
HalfSmoke is located in the heart of Shaw at 651 Florida Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The restaurant is located two blocks from the Shaw Howard Metro accessible on the Green and Yellow Lines. HalfSmoke is open Sunday through Thursday, from 11 AM to 11 PM; Friday and Saturday, from 11 AM to 2 AM.
