Dishes made or modified

May 15-21 is Vegetarian Awareness Week. Although Bastille, located at 606 N. Examples include Red Quinoa Tabbouleh that is currently served with Shrimp and Calamari (for the pescatarians) can be done as a double portion of this high protein based grain as a main dish for Vegans. Bastille also offers beet salad (minus the Burrata as it currently is served on the menu); some vegetarian broth-based soups; housemade falafel; hummus; spring pea risotto (ask for no cheese) and a vegetable tajine.

Also for pescatarians, there is Norwegian Salmon, with spring pea risotto and carrot ginger coulis; Caesar salad; shrimp salad; shrimp beignets; Icelandic cod; and curried Mussels.
