Hyatt Regency Bethesda Flows Into Summer with new Rooftop Yoga Series

From our friends at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda...

To celebrate National Fitness Month in May, the newly renovated Hyatt Regency Bethesda is teaming up with local yogi and master trainer Robert Sherman, of Bethesda-based Bridges Fitness and Yoga, to offer complimentary yoga classes on the hotel’s stunning new rooftop space. The new indoor rooftop space is part of a recent $37 million-dollar renovation to the hotel and boasts 2,400 square feet of modern space with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an unparalleled view of the Bethesda skyline.

Hyatt Regency Bethesda’s partnership with Bridges Fitness and Yoga will bring hotel guests, Bethesda residents and yogis together in recognition of the importance of physical health and awareness. Each Monday in May, beginning May 8, the hotel will host a complimentary class curated by Brides Fitness and Yoga.

Those interested in attending May 8, May 15 or May 22 classes can register for free through EventBrite https://flowintosummer.eventbrite.com. Each class begins at 5:30 PM and offers the following:

• 50 minutes of uninterrupted training and tranquility
• Complimentary infused water station and hotel branded water bottles
• Complimentary grab&go Energy Clusters from Executive Chef Jack Stubbs
