The Hamilton Hotel D.C. and its signature restaurant 14K invites visitors and locals to partake in a Celtic celebration featuring an Irish-themed dinner and cocktail menu. Guests can enjoy a flavorful three-course meal featuring Irish-inspired cuisine and festive handcrafted cocktails.
The celebratory St. Patrick’s Day menu will be offered from 5 PM to 10 PM on Friday, March 17 - Sunday, March 19. The three-course menu includes choices of...
First Course:
• Guinness French Onion Soup with Swiss cheese and herb crostini ($9)
• Kale Caesar Salad with kale greens, grape tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, herb crostini and white anchovies ($12)
• Irish Spring Roll with corned beef, carrots, potatoes, onions and Stout Dijon mustard sauce ($12)
Entree:
• Reuben and Truffle Frites with corned beef, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island and sauerkraut grilled between slices of rye bread ($14)
• Corned Beef and Cabbage with braised corned beef and cabbage with bacon-wrapped red bliss potatoes ($19)
• Salmon Potato Cakes with artisanal mixed greens salad, shaved fennel, avocado, chives, fresh lemon juice and honey Dijon ($19)
• Guinness-Braised Bratwurst with braised cabbage, new potatoes, carrots and onions and stout au jus ($15)
Dessert: (Priced at $9 each)
• Pistachio Cheesecake with pistachio-dusted Chantilly cream with caramel drizzle
• “Dublin Strip,” bittersweet chocolate Guinness ganache with two layers of chocolate sponge cake soaked with Guinness and finished with chocolate glaze
• “Desire,” with hazelnut dacquoise, chocolate ganache, Grand Marnier and hazelnut mousse
