Blackwall Hitch Celebrates the Luck of the Irish on St. Patrick’s Day with Food & Drink Specials and Irish Tunes Courtesy of Fiddler's Fancy
Blackwall Hitch, located on the waterfront in Old Town, Alexandria, is celebrating all things Irish with signature beverages and traditional fare this St. Patrick’s Day. On Friday, March 17th during both lunch and dinner service, guests can opt for the Corned Beef & Cabbage, a traditional Irish dish made of corned beef simmered and brined to perfection with tender green cabbage, baby carrots, new potatoes and parsley sauce, priced at $21. For the perfect pairing, two Irish-inspired libations will also be available, priced at $12 each. The Jameson Ginger Smash is made from a combination of Jameson Irish Whiskey, ginger liqueur and lemon juice, and the Bushmills Irish Maiden is comprised of Ireland’s oldest whiskey with muddled cucumber, lemon juice and St.-Germain liqueur. Additionally, guests will enjoy Irish tunes courtesy of Fiddler's Fancy who will be performing from 9:30 PM to close.
