Bastille presents a lush Champagne Dinner just in time for the holidays

There is no better way to celebrate than with bubbles. At Bastille, Chef/owners Christophe and Michelle Poteaux have created a festive meal perfectly paired with that sparkling vintage from France., Champagne. The five-course menu is priced at $99 including pairings (not including taxes and gratuities.)

The meal begins with L’Amuse-Bouche of Oysters Rockefeller paired with Blanc de Blanc “Belle Jardin”, Alsace, Brut NV, followed by Le Vol au Vent, a creamy “Oeufs brouillés” with caviar, puff pastry shell, and chives paired with Jacques Copinet “Marie Etienne”, Blanc de Blanc, Champagne NV, followed by La Lotte au homard - gently poached Atlantic Monkfish medallion, lobster sauce, sautéed spinach and lemon zest with Polivert-Jacques Brut, Champagne NV; La fricassée de volaille-sautéed Amish chicken in a creamed mushroom sauce, with Potato gnocchi, Trumpet and hen of the wood mushrooms and carrots with Lallier Grand Cru Champagne, 2008 vintage and ending with Le Bavarois aux fraises - strawberry bavarois, lemon chiffon cake, black pepper meringue and strawberry sorbet paired with Lallier Rose Grand Cru, Champagne NV.


Bastille is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 AM until 10 PM and Sunday 11:30 AM until 9 PM serving brunch, lunch, dinner and all day dining with café and bar menu offered.
