Currently available in Washington, DC’s four area locations, each libation is made from a variety of fresh seasonal ingredients. Pricing ranges from $9 to $12 for the new cocktails, and Legal Sea Foods renowned Raising the Bar program showcases the innovative take on the cocktail creation effort. Newcomers include the Pain Crusher, Plantation 3 Star and Original Dark rums, fresh pineapple, orange juice, and coconut; Maple Walnut Old Fashioned, Knob Creek bourbon, Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, Russo Nocino walnut liqueur, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters; the Plymouth Cocktail, Square One Bergamot vodka, muddled cranberries, fresh ginger, botanicals, and lime; Chai White Russian, St. George All-Purpose vodka, Kahlua, chai tea, spices, and cream, and the Bourbon Sour, Woodford Reserve bourbon, Montenegro Amaro, maple syrup, orange, and lemon.

Apple Sangria, Apple vodka, Domaine de Canton, Gekkeikan plum wine, cinnamon, and sparkling apple cider; White Sangria, St. Germain, Skyy Citrus vodka, Sauvignon Blanc, lemonade, lemon-lime soda, and lemon bitters and the Legal Sangria, Spanish red wine, Cruzan Raspberry and Citrus rums, Merlet Crème de Pêche, lemon-lime soda, and fresh fruit. One can also enjoy Legal’s Mai Tai, English Harbour 5 Year rum, Plantation Original Dark rum, Bols triple sec, almond essence, and lime; the Mexican Mule, Del Maguey Vida mezcal, Patrón Reposado tequila, muddled grapefruit and lime, and ginger beer;the Deadrise, Square One Cucumber vodka, muddled cucumber, lime, and grapefruit bitters; the Anjou Pear, Grey Goose Poire vodka, St. Germain, Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, lemon, and sugar; the Pomegranate Lemon Drop, Absolut Citron vodka, pomegranate, citrus; the Mojito, English Harbour 5 Year rum, mint, lime, and soda; the Bloody Mary, Sobieski vodka and world famous LSF Bloody Mary mix, and the Patrón Margarita Reál, Patrón Reposado tequila, Patrón Citrónge, lime, and lemon juice.
