Available August 15-20 & extended RAMW summer restaurant week menus available August 22-26

Celebrated upscale casual modern American restaurant 2941 Restaurant (2941 Fairview Park Dr, Falls Church, VA 22042; (703) 270-1500; www.2941.com@2941Restaurant) is inviting DC area diners - new and returning guests - to cool off and savor summer-inspired dishes from Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart, and team for a steal throughout the month of August by offering special 3-course prix fixe menus for both lunch and dinner in celebration of 2016 RAMW Summer Restaurant Week. Available August 15th through 20th, 2941 will be offering 3-course prix fixe menus for both lunch ($22 per person) and dinner ($35 per person) - no a la carte menu options will be available during this week. In addition, 2941 will also be offering an extended Summer Restaurant Week 2016 experience August 22nd through 26th, and a limited a la carte menu will be available during this timeframe.

Infused with some of summer’s most cherished ingredients, seasonal dishes on 2941’s 2016 RAMW Summer Restaurant Week’s menus include a Tomato Duo with Gazpacho, Cherry Tomato Salad, Opal Basil, and Olive Oil Crostini, Chilled Coconut Melon Soup with Kaffir Lime Oil, Corn, Watermelon and Thai Basil, Yellow Corn Ravioli with Smoked Tomato Marmalade, Yellow Corn, and Marjoram Oil, and a Blueberry Ice Cream Cake with Lavender Ice Cream, Cornmeal Pound Cake, Blueberry Sorbet, and Crème Fraiche, just to highlight a few.
