The Hamilton Hotel D.C.'s award-winning, American eatery, 14K Restaurant & Lounge, has big plans to revolutionize Sunday brunch. Under the direction of 14K’s new Chef Nezzar Battle, the restaurant has completely revamped its Sunday brunch menu with fresh “tapas-style” à la carte creations sure to shake up the weekend dining options in DC.
“The DC area has a well-established love for brunch,” said Chef Battle. “We are honoring that by offering plenty of timeless favorites but are also introducing new bold tastes. I’ve been taking a look at what our guests have always responded to, and putting a bit of a twist on the traditional. I’m always on the lookout for ingredients that are fresh, local, and seasonal, and tend to find quite a bit of inspiration in the new flavor combinations they present.”

The new Sunday brunch menu will continue to feature staples like steak and eggs, bacon, chicken and waffles, and the ever-popular omelet. These items will be joined by new, creative options like a short rib Benedict, open-faced pumpernickel gravlax, and Southern-style shrimp and grits. The focus for the new brunch will be on balance; an even blend between classics and inventive à la carte items, with plenty of increased variety, and plates diners will love to share.
Rounding out the new menu is 14K’s popular “Ultimate” Bloody Mary Bar, which will offer guests a buffet-style, “build-your-own” experience. An Endless Champagne Bar, incorporating popular items such as Bellinis, Mimosas, Mojitos, specialty punches, and more will also be showcased.
14K Restaurant & Lounge at the Hamilton Hotel D.C. is open for brunch on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 4:00PM. Full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus are also available every day from 6:30 AM to 11 PM.
