81° and sunny. Perfect weather for day four of the
Smithsonian Folklife Festival. No action on the Ralph Rinzler Concert Stage (I was there between 3 and 4:00, this afternoon) but plenty of activity everywhere else. The fun continues tomorrow and Monday (July 4th) before taking off Tuesday & Wednesday, then reopening Thursday the 7th at 11 AM through Sunday, July 10th. Best of all, it's 100% free (save for drinks and food, of course.)
