Fresh Coastal Catches at Bonefish Grill

The wood-grilled fresh fish experts at Bonefish Grill are sailing into summer with the launch of a new seasonal menu. It features delights like fresh, hand-cut simply grilled Wild Salmon, topped with freshly sautéed spinach, Applewood bacon and blue cheese crumbles and Dayboat Scallops - sushi grade George’s Bank scallops on a bed of creamy corn risotto topped with crispy bacon, lemon butter drizzle and green beans.

Pair these with handcrafted seasonal cocktails - a Strawberry Rosé Martini or Fresh Watermelon Martini, featuring refreshing hand-muddled watermelon, fresh sour mix and house-made English cucumber vodka infusion, garnished with frozen watermelon cubes.
