Sip smooth local spirits at José Andrés’ ode to classic American dining

On Sunday, June 5, the culinary team at José AndrésAmerica Eats Tavern will host an intimate dinner dedicated to local rum and whiskey, curated by The Whisk(e)y Library. For $150, guests can enjoy an exclusive cocktail reception followed by a six-course dinner with whiskey and rum pairings, highlighting seasonal and local ingredients and distillers. Six experts from the area’s top distilleries will guide guests through the profiles and history of whiskey and rum, including but not limited to:

• Ben Lyon, Owner & Master Distiller, Lyon Distillery
• Edgardo Zuniga, Owner & Master Distiller, Twin Valley Distillery
• John Foster, Director & Distiller, Smooth Ambler
• Max Hames, Assistant Distiller, OneEight Distilling
