It rained cats and dogs yesterday... normally great news for flowers, unless you're trying to buy some. Day two of the 77th annual Washington National Cathedral Flower Mart was decidedly better/brighter, paving the way for a massive day-long turnout to celebrate the Centennial of the All Hallows Guild. And what better way to celebrate than carnival games, delicious food and great music. Here's a peak at some of our favorite moments.
