Station 4 Recognizes Tax Day with A Fixed Priced $20.16 Menu on April 18th

With three courses including Fat Tax Tacos, IRS Salad, H&R Pasta and Taxpayers Lava Cake, Tax Day can be appealing

Monday, April 18th doesn’t have to be taxing for Washingtonians as Station 4, located in the Southwest Waterfront at 1101 4th Street, SW, will be offering incentives to visit the restaurant during dinner service. To ease the pain of completing last minute filings, Station 4 will offer a three-course, prix fixe menu, which invites guests to choose from three appetizers, three entrĂ©es and two desserts, priced at a discounted $20.16 (tax and gratuity no included.) For the perfect pairing, patrons can take advantage of half-priced bottles of wine throughout the evening. Wines by the bottle range in price from $28 to $105 each. This special offering is available exclusively during dinner service, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Prepared by Executive Chef Orlando Amaro, guests can savor first course options such as 15 Vegetables Soup, grilled vegetables soup, garnished with pepitas; Fat Tax Tacos, pork belly tacos, served in a corn tortilla with kimchi slaw, as well as IRS Salad, I (iceberg lettuce), R (remoulade), S (shrimp.) EntrĂ©es are just as enticing and include Taxes Fly Chicken Cotoletta, breaded cutlet, served with arugula salad and charred lemon; Deadline Blue Catfish, cast iron seared local catfish, served with grits and collard greens, or the H&R Cavatelli Pasta with spring vegetables and ricotta cheese. For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in sweet treats such as Taxpayers Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream and mint, or a Duo of Sorbets.

Station 4 is located in the revitalized Southwest DC waterfront neighborhood, next door to Arena Stage and directly across the street from the Waterfront Metro, accessible on the green line. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and dinner is available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The restaurant also features Happy Hour specials Monday through Friday, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A late night menu is also available Sunday through Thursday, from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM and Friday and Saturday, from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
