GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar Presents Elsi's Cinco de Mayo Fajita Grilled Cheese
In honor of the restaurant’s second birthday, the upcoming holiday and a founding and treasured employee who hails from Pachuca, Mexico, GCDC presents “Elsi’s Homemade Cinco de Mayo Fajita Grilled Cheese.”
This special sandwich includes Queso Fresco (Mexican cheese), marinated chicken, sautéed red and green peppers and white onions grilled on buttered white bread, served with Elsi’s fresh green tomatillo (fresh cilantro, garlic, onion and jalapeño) for dipping.
The “Fajita Grilled Cheese” will be offered during weekday lunch for $10 with a pickle or priced $14 for evenings with a choice of side (salad, soup, tots, or coleslaw.) Avocado may be added for $1.50.
Throughout the special, Coronas are offered for $3 each and Patron Silver for $9 each.
