Costner's Jericho warns, "You hurt me, I hurt you worse." Trouble is, screenwriters Douglas Cook & David Weisberg inflict even more damage in Criminal... a poorly written, but strangely entertaining film. Credit Costner for the latter: He's super effective as a psycho. Unfortunately, everyone else stinks. Oldman complains, "We want a refund," and I couldn't agree more. It's shot well, but the script rivals London Has Fallen for 2016's worst. Speaking of, leave it to Hollywood to turn gun-free London into a literal war zone overnight.
