One Loudon Welcomes Integrus Holdings Inc. and Its Subsidiaries Fortessa Tableware Solutions and Sterling Restaurant Supply

44,000 sq. ft. retail and office building to open in 3rd quarter 2017

One Loudoun is proud to announce Integrus Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries Fortessa Tableware Solutions and Sterling Restaurant Supply will be relocating their corporate headquarters into a new 44,000 square-foot building at the corner of Loudoun County Parkway and Thorndike Street in Ashburn, Virginia. Currently located in Sterling, Virginia, Integrus will become the largest tenant to open in One Loudoun.

Fortessa Tableware Solutions (FTS) is a designer, developer and marketer of quality tableware for the high-end commercial foodservice market globally, as well as for the luxury consumer market. Founded in 1993 as a garage start-up, today FTS has more than 200 employees and associates worldwide with FTS products appearing in the finest venues in more than 20 countries. Expanding from its strong base in the hospitality market, the company’s products are now available to consumers through major retailers nationwide.


Integrus’ One Loudoun location will also boast an enhanced Sterling Restaurant Supply (SRS) operation. Founded by Integrus as a comprehensive solution for the independent restaurateur and home chef, SRS has been delighting consumers and professionals alike at its Sterling, Virginia, location since 2013. With a first floor location in Integrus’ new headquarters, Sterling Restaurant Supply will service professionals and consumers who prefer to buy like the professionals.
