2941 Restaurant in Falls Church, VA to Host 'A Celebration of French Cuisine' 3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner, Monday, March 21st

On Monday, March 21st celebrated contemporary American restaurant 2941 Restaurant (2941 Fairview Park Dr, Falls Church, VA 22042; (703) 270-1500; www.2941.com; @2941Restaurant) is hosting 'A Celebration of French Cuisine' dinner offering Francophiles a French-infused 3-course prix fixe menu.

Priced at $58 per person, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of classic French fare made by French native Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, including Asparagus Vertes et Vinaigrette de MoutardeCassoulet Toulousain, and Bouillabaisse: Provençal Fish Stew, just to highlight a few. And for a sweet finish, award-winning Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart will be providing a dessert trio tasting featuring an assortment of French confection favorites such as Hazelnut & Chocolate Religieuse, Grand Marnier Soufflé, Vacherin Aux Fraises. In addition to celebrating all things sweet and savory in connection with French cuisine, Sommelier Jonathan Schuyler will also be offering up French wine specials including Domaine Jacourette, l'Ange et Luce, Côtes de Provence, France (2014) priced at $35 per bottle, and Domaine du Pѐre Caboche, Côtes du Rhône, Rhône, France (2014) priced at $35 per bottle. Reservations are required.
